Inside the season
Tatum is the son of Savannah Clarke and JC Money, a truth that ties his personal journey to Houston’s criminal underworld. Before rebuilding his life around Solomon, Tatum stole prescription medication and carried the consequences of that choice. His ex-wife Monique Harrison abandoned Solomon shortly after his birth and later interfered with Tatum’s employment and relationship with Autumn. The poems and songs collected in Blue Love: Letters to Fatima reveal the emotional life he rarely speaks aloud.
